• Helped her team at the Academy of the Sacred Heart to three state championships (2004, 2005, 2006) and three undefeated district championships
• Played middle blocker, but was considered one of the state's top defenders with 436 digs as a senior
• Is a two-time all-state honoree
• Earned all-metro and all-district honors as a sophomore, junior and senior
• Set a new state record for aces in a season with 165 during her senior year
• Also lettered in basketball at Sacred Heart
• Played for the Cajunland volleyball club team where she played libero
• Served as a Campus Ministry Leader
• Volunteered in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina to help re-build houses in the devastated areas
