Auburn to Play Host to Alabama in SEC Series Finale this Weekend May 18, 2005 AUBURN, Ala. -- The Auburn baseball team will close out the regular season this weekend when it plays host to rival Alabama in a three-game series at Plainsman Park. Exciting giveaways highlight each game this weekend. On Friday, the first 500 fans into the park will receive orange headset radios compliments of Cook's Pest Control. Saturday is Team Trading Card Giveaway Day. Get to the park early to receive your 2005 card set! Also on Saturday, seniors Karl Amonite, Arnold Hughey, Mike Hyntka, John Madden, Ben Sprague and Lee White will be honored with a pre-game Senior Day Presentation. Sunday is AU Baseball Drink Tumbler Giveaway Day sponsored by Century 21/Paramount Realty. Game times for this weekend are 7 p.m. on Friday, 4 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are available online at www.autigertickets.com or at the Coliseum Ticket Office (844-4040). Fans attending this weekend's baseball series are being advised that the Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum East Parking Lot, located between Beard-Eaves Coliseum and Plainsman Park, will be closed from May 16 until August 1 due to construction.
