MEDICAL DIRECTORS
Auburn University Sports Medicine utilizes several allied health care professionals to assist in the overall health care of the Auburn University athletes. These medical professionals are chosen for their excellence in their practice and commitment to the health and performance collegiate athletes. The Team Physician Staff regularly assists in the evaluation and treatment of all Tiger athletes. All specialize in sports medicine and have associations with professional athletes and franchises in the area. The team is coordinated by Dr. Michael Goodlett, who serves as head team physician at Auburn University. Associate Team Physicians include Dr. James R. Andrews and Dr. Lawrence Lemak of the Alabama Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Center located in Birmingham, AL.
