Steve begins his second year on the plains working the with the Auburn University Sports Medicine staff. His primary responsibilities lie in the prevention and treatment of injuries of the Tigers' football team. Previously he served as an undergraduate intern working with the football team. Hailing from Holt, Michigan, Jenkins is a 2007 graduate of Central Michigan University where he received his Bachelor's in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine. While at Auburn, Steve will be pursuing his Masters' Degree in Higher Education with a concentration in Sports Management. Jenkins is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, Southeast Athletic Trainers' Association, and the Alabama Athletic Trainers' Association. |
